Help! I Cannot Find Any Wedding Favor Ideas!

Historically, favors were given to guests to celebrate the passing of any momentous occasion. Today however, this tradition tends to continue only at weddings, with the giving of sugar coated almonds and the like. However, wedding favor ideas do not have to be restricted to this.

One favor that has been popular lately, have been environmentally friendly options such as the giving of seeds. This can be particularly popular if themed with the wedding flowers, or a token known to be significant to the happy couple.

Often much better than shop bought favors, and definitely cheaper, is the homemade variety. With countless options available, you are only limited by your own imagination.

Chocolate at any event is sure to go down well. However, why not make this a little more special by making your own truffles. Quick and easy to make, you can laden them with flavors and alcohols to really give your guests a treat. To make the gift a little more special, you could try making your own little box to place them in too.

Homemade candles can also be very popular, particularly if personalized. These are also quite simple to make, and can be wonderfully scented with tempting aromas. If brave, you could also incorporate some interesting color combinations and effects.

If these ideas do not seem creative enough for the artisan within you, perhaps you could consider penning your own ode to each guest? Indeed, such a gift could accompany any other type of favor as a little added extra.
