Fall Wedding Invitations - Discover A Symphony Of Color With Fall Wedding Invitations

Technorati Profile
If you are having a September wedding, it could be easy to think the options for your fall wedding invitations are limited. However, there are far more variations to choose from, than a simple brown paper and leaf image.

Naturally, fall is a time of the year when nature displays to her greatest. With bright oranges, fiery reds, and burnished browns, it is a symphony of color. These amazing hues can really be used well on your invitations. It is even more than this however, with delicate pinks and greens, yellows and blues to accentuate the more earthy tones.

When designing your invitations, take some time to carefully consider what, you want to say to your guests, and how you will say it. There are numerous fonts, inks and paper colors that you can use to really complete a stunning look. Some favorites that can be adapted to suit your needs are blues on browns, oranges, reds and yellows in a flaming frieze, or bright yellows with green accents.

There are many paper types you can incorporate too. Many can be produced using leaf pulp, or even whole dried leaves. These can really add a depth of color and meaning to your invitations.

When considering the type of paper to use, it is also important to set the tone of the celebration. If it is to be formal, something with heavy linen paper and beautiful calligraphy will be perfect. If an afternoon reception however, or something a little more casual, lighter papers and more flowing writing will be perfect.

It is also a good idea to try and match all your thank you cards, place settings, menus, programs and any other literature you are going to use to your fall wedding invitations. Not only will this be another job completed, but will show a real sense of style and elegance.
